Queensryche/Windowpane Tour- day one

So here we are in Spokane WA, sitting in our RV parked curb side to tonight's venue along with Queensryche's rigs. We loaded the gear (guitars fit nicely in the shower ;) and hit the road last night... Kevmo has us STOCKED with movies for our down times and we watched "Raiders of the Lost Ark"on our way out...  was a warm and fuzzy trip here ;)

After rolling into Spokane at 3:30 am and meeting the crew at 11am post last week's chaos of preparing for the tour... we ...are... tired...and quite... cloudy today! ...so...if... sentence... make sense not... that is reason for...

The entire crew has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. We are already getting the sense that this is a tight family out here.. and we are going to be well taken care of :)

We just had lunch and are about to load in. Queensryche's crew is setting up their stage for the night... looks like they have quite the production! ...this...is...going..to...rock!

There is a quiet yet strong "calm before the storm" feeling among our camp...

Have to go load.... will check in with yall later ;)

The entire crew has made us feel extremely welcome

  8. I was at the Knitting Factory in Spokane last night -- you guys ROCKED. I meant to get a CD after the show but forgot, so I'm buying online today...

If you guys read your comments, tell your guitarist we didn't mean to give him a hard time when he came into the crowd (during The Lady Wore Black, I think). We had a few drunk idiots causing trouble, and I had to kick some shithead's ass for trying to knock my kid over, so we were a bit edgy. :) Anyway, it was really cool to see you all are Queensryche fans just like the rest of us.

And now there's a few more Windowpane fans out there, too...keep it up, guys. Windowpane rocks.

  9. WOW....WOW... OK for all you "poser's" out there, you need to look around you to see the talent that is right there in front of you. I have alway's been a fan of these guy's and they need the "just reward's" they deserve! I am happy with my life to know them and will alway's be there in spirit or LIVE. To the new fan's , the best you can do is to buy their "merch" and support them. They are not your average band, and never will be. OK now on with the show.... So.. back in the day I was there for "OZ" and the early day's. SO shout out to "QR" And the show with Zebra at the Paramount in Seattle. I know that "Lady wore Black" is one of the song"s that Band's, hate to play," Come Away Sept" is like that too... SHOUT OUT TO GMTK. Say hi to Scott R from John Bergstrom, from Newport Hill's. So.... I am lookiging forward.... and wil try to catch one of the show's. SNOWMAN
